兩國投資機構簽署新協議，推動雙向貿易與投資**
卡塔爾投資促進署（Invest Qatar）與波蘭投資與貿易局（PAIH）近日簽署了一項新的戰略合作協議，旨在深化卡塔爾與波蘭之間的經濟與投資合作。此協議於杜哈舉行的「波蘭－卡塔爾投資論壇」期間正式簽署，由波蘭駐杜哈大使館主辦，為兩國企業進入彼此市場建立新的協作框架。
根據協議內容，兩國機構將透過資訊共享、政策導引與企業支援等方式，促進更順暢的雙邊投資流動。卡塔爾投資促進署將為計劃進入卡塔爾市場的波蘭企業提供完整協助，包括指導卡塔爾監管環境、介紹投資機會、連接重要利益相關者，並為已在卡塔爾運營的波蘭企業提供後續服務。另一方面，波蘭投資與貿易局將負責向波蘭企業宣傳卡塔爾的營商環境，並將有意進入卡塔爾的潛在投資者轉介給卡塔爾方面。
兩個機構也將共同舉辦論壇、交流會、工作坊與研討會，以加強商業對話、促進企業之間的合作，並推動雙向投資增長。
卡塔爾投資促進署首席執行官 Sheikh Ali Alwaleed Al-Thani 表示，與 PAIH 的合作為兩國基於互相尊重、共同價值與追求進步的長期關係開啟新篇章。他指出，這項合作將為卡塔爾與波蘭創造更多經濟增長機會，協助波蘭企業探索卡塔爾市場中豐富的商業與投資潛能，並促成更多推動創新與長期增長的合作夥伴關係。
波蘭投資與貿易局董事會副主席 Łukasz Gwiazdowski 表示，他們很高興與 Invest Qatar 攜手合作，協助波蘭企業拓展全球版圖。他指出，這項合作不僅能提供企業進入新市場的渠道，也將促進兩國商業社群之間的更緊密聯繫，為雙方經濟創造持久價值。
此次合作與卡塔爾投資促進署的使命一致，旨在將卡塔爾打造為國際投資者可信賴的長期夥伴，同時支持卡塔爾國家願景 2030 下的經濟多元化戰略。自兩國建交逾 35 年以來，雙邊貿易額於 2024 年達到約 42 億卡塔爾里亞爾（約 11.5 億美元）。目前已有超過 35 家波蘭企業在卡塔爾運營，涉及專業服務、物流、科技等領域，反映兩國經濟合作的深度持續擴大。
