今年初，多起報導揭露中國公民被詐騙赴緬甸「高薪工作」，結果遭綁架勒索。
儘管事件發生在泰國境外，但網上謠言模糊了事實邊界，讓不少中國旅客誤以為泰國同樣存在風險。
更雪上加霜的是，2023 年中國大片《孤注一擲》（No More Bets） 以東南亞詐騙集團為題材，進一步放大了恐懼情緒，使整個地區（包括泰國）被描繪成不安全之地。
泰國政府的公關反應過於遲緩，未能及時消除疑慮。根據泰國觀光局（TAT）數據，中國旅客入境人數較疫情前下降約 40%。
如今，中國旅客紛紛轉向杜拜、日本與新加坡等被視為更安全的旅遊目的地。
為什麼免簽證政策解不了問題
泰國早已對中國旅客開放免簽入境，但訪客人數仍未明顯回升。問題並非在於「簽證便利性」，而是安全形象與心理感受。
解方：重現《人再囧途之泰囧》的奇蹟

一部熱門電影，足以讓泰國旅遊熱潮再次升溫，比任何簽證政策都來得快。
投資機會：飯店市場重置
隨著旅遊業仍在復甦階段，飯店資產正以大幅折讓價格交易，尤其是 3 至 4 星級物業，估值較高峰期下跌 30–40%。
原因何在？
許多業主（特別是中小型經營者）在市場放緩下出現現金流壓力，被迫出售資產以回籠資金。相較之下，五星級飯店仍相對穩定，多由資金雄厚的家族長線持有，抗壓力更強。對於手握資金的投資者而言，這是難得的機會——能以低價收購地段優越的飯店資產。
